In the SEND Assessment & Review Service, we continue to invest in meeting the needs of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. We have created a dynamic staff team to enable us to support aspirations, be person centered and focus on outcomes.
We are looking for a qualified social worker with experience working with young people with SEND to take on the role of SEND Social Care Practice Manager to ensure high quality, consistent Social Care input relating to statutory functions as set out in the SEND Code of Practice.
You will be joining a well-resourced SEND Assessment & Review Service and will focus on securing improvement and continuing to build excellent relationships with schools and partners.
This is a really exciting opportunity to help shape services in Greenwich and improve outcomes for a number of children and young people. Perfect for an experienced Social Worker or Practice Manager with an interest in SEND and service development.
