Job Introduction

Our Repairs and Investment Service is currently looking to recruit qualified, experienced Carpenter to join our busy repairs delivery service to deliver high quality work and great customer service.   

  • The Role - This is a busy, demanding role undertaking a wide range of repairs jobs across the Borough. The role requires a competent Carpenter measuring and installing joinery items of which will include Fire Doors and Frames
  • To carry out general maintenance and repairs within occupied properties.
  • UPVC maintenance knowledge would be an advantage.

 

A Carpentry qualification such as City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent, and/or extensive relevant experience is essential.

These posts are based out of the Birchmere Centre, SE28 8BF. Uniform and all necessary personal protective equipment will be provided.  

A full manual driving licence is required with no previous DR10/DG10 disqualifications in the last 5 years as you will be required to drive a company vehicle.
