Responsive Repairs are looking for two Technical Administration Officers to work in our Occupied Repairs team to support a range of functions and managers in ensuring that the services runs smoothly and that our residents receive a seamless access to service that exceeds their expectations. Occupied Repairs provide a repairs service to more than 20,000 homes and offer specialist teams across a range of trades as well as a dedicated planning team.

Responsive Repairs is a customer-focused service and we are working on our Improvement Plan to become a fit for the future service that put residents at its heart. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join us as a technical administration officer. 

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, enjoys working across a range of duties and interacting with high numbers of internal and external customers and partners. You’ll need to be experienced with administration functions as well as ideally having some repairs or housing experience.
