Job Introduction
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small team responsible for the viewing and letting of council properties.
This role requires you to work alongside prospective tenants, therefore, you must be able to communication at all levels.
Previous experience of working within a local authority voids/letting service or as an Estate agent would be an advantage. However, full training would be given to the successful candidate.
In this exciting new role, you will need:
- High level of customer service skills
- willingness to learn the end to end voids process.
- Knowledge of building surveying
- Good written, verbal and face to face skills
- Able to provide and maintain complex performance data.
- Experience in complaints handling.
- Full clean Driving License and car owner essential.
