Project and programme management is central to this role, alongside overseeing capital and revenue programmes, working with internal teams, consultants, and external partners to ensure projects deliver on time, within budget, and reached the desired metrics.

You will be comfortable navigating senior political and organisational environments and familiar in preparing briefings for councillors and senior officers, advising on policy options using economic and qualitative evidence, and representing the services at strategic boards.
