Job Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Bricklayer to join our successful Occupied Repairs team based at the Birchmere Depot
What could you be doing?
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of our properties, you'll be completing refurbishment and patch repair work by the way off stitching brickwork together/ laying foundation and rebuilding walls from ground up, you will also need to be able to remove and replace lintel over doors/windows etc.
As part of our talented team, you will have the skills to lay slabbing and carryout concrete repairs.
You may be expected to take part in a late cover. The role involves heavy lifting. A uniform and all necessary personal protective equipment will be provided.
Some things we need from you
On top of this we need you to be friendly, approachable and focused on getting it right first time for our customers. You will have a passion for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
A qualified and competent bricklayer you will also have associated Groundwork trade skills
You will need a full UK driving licence.
City & Guilds or equivalent NVQ qualification in Bricklaying or experience to the same level or above.
