Eltham C of E Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced and inspirational School Business Manager who is forward-thinking, passionate and committed to building on the impressive achievements of our school. This role is a unique opportunity to drive further improvements while managing the school’s finance, administration, HR, Premises and Health and Safety responsibly. This is a role offering variety, challenge and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a school that values collaboration, innovation and excellence.

As School Business Manager you will lead and manage the Admin Team and will be a member of the School Leadership Team. In addition, you will:

•Ensure systems are effective and efficient

•Show passion and commitment in working in partnership with the whole school community

•Be an effective communicator

•Be a team player

•Be able to prioritise and have strong organisational skills

•Have experience of working in a school office environment

•Be confident in using a variety of IT software and experience of using Management Information Systems

•Have excellent interpersonal skills

•Lead and advise on human resource issues

•Administer, manage and advise on the school’s finances
