SEND Assessment & Review Assistant 1-year fixed term contract
In the SEND Assessment & Review Service, we continue to invest in meeting the needs of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. We have created a dynamic staff team to enable us to support aspirations, be person centred and focus on outcomes.
We are looking for a 1-year fixed term contract full-time SEND Assessment and Review Assistant with excellent administrative skills, who will put children, young people and parents at the heart of everything they do. You will provide administrative support to the SEND service, working as part of a team of SEND Assessment and Review Assistants to support SEND Assessment and Review Officers with the administration of annual reviews and EHC needs assessments, while also contributing to the wider support of service-wide teams. The service works with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities aged 0–25.
You will be joining a well-resourced SEND Assessment & Review Service and will focus on securing improvement, building positive relationships with children, young people and families as well as maintaining excellent relationships with schools and partners.
