We are looking for a suitably skilled and experienced person to join our busy and demanding Home Ownership Service team (HOS).
You will provide day to day administration and accurately maintain HOS systems and records including statistical information for the Service Charge Team across the full range of HOS functions. You will deal effectively and appropriately with a range of contacts including customers, solicitors, suppliers, contractors and a wide range of Council Departments including Post Room, Finance & Systems Control.
You will be responsible for accurately maintaining HOS systems and records including statistical information and service charge accounts, whilst providing support with photocopying, filing, minute taking and assisting in the preparation of standard documentation.
You should have:
- Experience of working as an administrative assistant with a residential portfolio.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to use and monitor systems and procedures.
- Experience of and ability to provide efficient support, including organisation and preparation of documents.
- Ability to communicate effectively to a very high standard, verbally and in writing.
