You’ll manage frontline operations, drive employer engagement, and oversee key employment projects to meet ambitious targets. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, knowledge of labour market trends, and a commitment to creating opportunities for disadvantaged groups. 

Key responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team delivering job brokerage and IAG services. 
Build relationships with employers to secure jobs, apprenticeships, and placements. 
Ensure high-quality employability support and performance across projects.
