Premises Manager 

 

Rowan Wood School is seeking a dedicated Premises Manager.  This is a key role ensuring our school environments are compliant, safe, secure, clean, and operating smoothly for our growing school community. 

The successful candidate will be part of a welcoming and dynamic school community. The successful candidate will ideally have school-based experience and a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and have strong organisational skills.

The successful candidate will be required to positively and actively contribute to our wider school ethos, building strong relationships enabling effective co-ordination of school life.   

This is a permanent, full-time role, working 52 weeks a year, plus annual leave allowance. Salary is paid on APT&C Scale SO2 Spine Points 26 to 28 - £40,182.00 - £42,060.00 Annually (Actual)

 

We are looking for someone with flexibility, as there may be times for working outside of working hours for projects, emergencies or to support school events.  

 

About our School

Rowan Wood School is a new all through special free school, opening in several phases, for children and young people aged 4-19 who have been diagnosed with autism and severe language and learning delays, working significantly below age-related expectations.
