Are you proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and high-quality environment for all children? St Thomas More Catholic Primary School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Premises Assistant to join our committed and inclusive team.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, practical and skilled individual to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the school site, ensuring it is safe, secure and well maintained. This includes overseeing site maintenance, health and safety compliance, cleanliness, and the general upkeep of the buildings and grounds.
The role will involve managing routine and reactive maintenance, liaising with contractors, carrying out basic repairs, and ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed effectively. You will work closely with the Headteacher, School Business Manager and staff to support the smooth running of the school and respond flexibly to the needs of a busy environment.
