We are looking for a Lead Teacher of the Deaf to join our team from September 2026 and lead our Local Authority Resourced Provision (LARP) for deaf children. This is a great opportunity for an experienced or flourishing leader to play a key role within our vibrant, creative school community which values individuality and celebrates differences.
You will be -
● Be an excellent Teacher of the Deaf who is passionate about inclusive learning, and committed to an oral/aural approach
● Have high aspirations for all children and a strong understanding of inclusive primary education
● Have a proven track record of improving outcomes for SEND/deaf children
● Be a resourceful and reflective leader who can inspire, motivate and develop others
● Be committed to collaborative learning and the professional development of self and others
● Be empathetic, efficient and well-organised
