The job
An excellent opportunity exists for a Property & Regeneration Lawyer to join a small team of lawyers within the Royal Borough of Greenwich. The role will involve handling a varied caseload of Property and Regeneration matters and will provide legal advice and support to committees, members and senior officers.

You will join us at an exciting time as the Royal Borough of Greenwich continues with its on-going ambitious regeneration programme.
Utilising skills and experience gained within a similar position, you will report to the Senior Property & Regeneration Lawyer and work with them, being responsible for your own caseload covering a wide range of Regeneration and Property matters and advising on Cabinet and other decision reports.
You must be a qualified solicitor or barrister holding a current practising certificate, or CiLex/ equivalent experience. We would consider newly qualified applicants who demonstrate that they have relevant experience in local government and a keen interest in Property law.
