Salary: Scale 5 with inner-London weighting £32535- £33987 pro-rata (27.50 hours per week, term time only, 38 weeks)

Actual salary: £21705 - £22674

Contract type: Permanent


Ealdham Primary School is seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to provide high-quality PPA cover across our vibrant and inclusive primary school. 

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced practitioners who are passionate about teaching and learning and confident leading whole-class teaching across different year groups. Successful candidates will plan and deliver engaging lessons, maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement, and work collaboratively with our supportive staff team.

We are looking for candidates who:

 Hold HLTA status (or equivalent experience)

 Have experience leading whole-class teaching in a primary setting

 Can deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum

 Have strong behaviour management and organisational skills

 Are committed to inclusion, safeguarding and achieving the best outcomes for all pupils
