We value our parks and take pride in caring for them, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard for the benefit and enjoyment of all.
To assist us in this important role, we are seeking experienced grounds maintenance staff who have the relevant knowledge in horticulture and the use/upkeep of relevant machinery. You should be experienced in all aspects of general horticulture and familiar with working with the public.
Your duties will include flower bed and shrub bed maintenance, lawn maintenance and mowing, brush cutting, as well as the general grounds maintenance of Park sites across the Borough using the relevant tools and equipment provided whilst always ensuring your safety and that of the public and the workforce.
A full driving licence would be an advantage as would any recognised certificates pertaining to horticulture.
