An opportunity has arisen with the Disability & Home Improvement Team (DHIT). This multi-disciplinary team provides services to the homes of Greenwich residents across all tenures, with a focus on supporting older and vulnerable residents to live independently in their homes by adapting or improving their home.

The rewarding post will suit applicants who have a strong commitment to the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable people and an understanding of housing problems faced by older people and those with disabilities and a keen desire to and develop the technical team. 

Building Surveyor x 1.0 PO4 full time permanent

Building Surveyor x 1.0 PO4 full time 2 year fixed term contract

Salary details  £49,506 - £52194 inc. London Weighting

The successful candidate will have a broad and detailed working knowledge of home renovation and disability related adaptations. The role requires a building surveyor to deliver and to carry out the full range of building surveying tasks associated with the identification, specification and implementation of building and adaptations works to residential properties.
