We would like to recruit within the Advice and Benefits Senior Management Team. The recruitment is fixed term and initially will last for 12 months to cover a secondment.

The post will be hybrid working, i.e. a combination of home-based working in the office.

This recruitment is to cover duties including the compiling the HB Subsidy claim and interacting with the auditor on all aspects of the audit and responding to their queries. Amending system records to prepare for the submission of the Subsidy Claim. Undertaking and managing quality checking and training. Dealing with Supported Accommodation.

The candidate is required to have good communication skills, through knowledge of Housing Benefits and Council Tax Reduction Legislation and have a very good understanding on the mechanics for the MRI (previously Capita) Academy processing system and Northgate Enterprise document management system.
