Quality Improvement Officer 

Fixed Term Contract (6 Month)

To provide administrative support to frontline staff in the Social Care Teams, you will need to be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  A confident knowledge of IT including word-processing, Excel and email is essential as well as the ability to manage your own time.

Leading on the tracking of data and collecting, collating, scrutinising, interpreting, and producing outputs and be responsible for implementing follow up actions and distributing information.   To take the lead in running financial reports and present findings to management team and rectify any discrepancies.

You will be required to undertake minutes of meetings to a high level of standards.

You must also appreciate the need for discretion and the importance of confidentiality, be able to work flexibly as part of a team and on your own initiative with minimum supervision.

This is a hybrid position in the Council’s offices currently based at Woolwich.

If you are short listed, you will be invited to take a test where your Excel and minute taking skills will be tested separately. Those successful will then be requested to attend an interview.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and a Criminal Records Bureau Enhanced Disclosure will be undertaken on the successful person before appointment is confirmed.
